In March 2023 I was invited back to deliver a two hour lecture to Psychology Undergraduate student at Canterbury Christ Church University. It was a pleasure to present my Autistic Language Hypothesis to a new cohort of students.
I love bringing sensory lights into academic spaces, it is a great way to regulate while teaching but also to highlight and encourage stimming. I never felt comfortable to move and regulate in lectures which can be an accessibility barrier for autistic students.
